Not RAIDZ3, but RAIDZ1

Could you find a more simple configuration? Perhaps one which works with less disks. The more complicated the test setup the less the likelyhood that someone tries to reproduce. I just installed freebsd with 3 disks, RAIDZ1, and after the installation succeeded, I added another one. No problem with this setup.

No)) Because precisely that conf leaded to failure. More simple confs don't lead to the issue.

Resolution: obsolete
Status: newclosed

This is not reproducible with a recent supported VirtualBox release anymore and a lot has changed in the storage area in 3 years. Closing this one as obsolete, please reopen or create a new ticket if there are still issues left.
