GUI Manager crashes when adding existing vdi file

Description
Creating a new Windows guest under Windows 7 Host. Trying to attach an existing vdi file. If you click on the + at the bottom of the screen the manager crashes (see attached screen capture). Luckily if you click on the + at the top of the screen it all works! Maybe the easiest fix would be to remove the + and - at the bottom of the screen.
