Host Popup Menu doesn't popup (regression)

Description
In 5.1.10 and 5.1.12, the Host Popup Menu (Host Key + Home) doesn't work. It's fine in 5.0.30. (My normal Host Key is Scroll Lock, but the default Right-Ctrl also has the same problem).
Other "Host+<key>" combinations (e.g. Host+N / Session Info) are fine, even on 5.1.12: it's only the popup menu that does nothing.

This seems to have been fixed somewhere between 5.1.14 and 5.1.22 (sorry I can't bisect more accurately: I skipped the intermediate versions). Close away. :)
