Audio in OS X host and Windows-10 client is not working in VB 5.1.10 r112026 (Qt5.62)

Audio in VirtualBox 5.1.10 r112026 (Qt5.62) (the latest release) on OS X 10.12.1 (Sierra) host and Windows-10 client with latest service packs/updates is not working again.

It was working OK in previous VirtualBox release. It was not working in yet earlier VirtualBox releases.

This is a blocker for me because I use a music program available only on Windows. This is the whole reason for having VirtualBox and Windows-10 for me.

• try the latest test build<1>.
• attach a log file<2>.
• find and describe clearly the simplest test case you can, preferably with freely available, or at least software.

I installed the latest test version (112197), rebuilt Guest Additions, and installed the latest test Extension pack. I am attaching the log files.

Now audio started to work i Windows client BUT there are a lot of distortions, clicks, and even repetitions. The distortions seem to increase with reverse of the speed of media containing the music. Network is worst, built-in disc is best. To repeat the problem play any mp3 file over a slow network connection. You can hear it also on faster connection but you have to listening very carefully.

The actual software that I use in Windows is allTunes. You can download it for free from ​http://alltunes.com/download.shtml Start the application, register a new user and double click on any file to the right in Music window.

Test version VirtualBox 112223, Guest Additions 112153, Extension Pack 12197 have the same distortion/clicks/repetitions problem. Thanks.
