Description
VBox under OSX host, switching to a running full screen (for example windows 7) guest by double clicking on a VBox guest list item, results in the listed item's icon becoming a screen graphic artifact. This can be fixed/repaired/disappear by most keyboard operations (e.g. pressing the shift key) (making screen shots difficult).
