Windows installer should add VirtualBox path to the PATH environment variable

Description
I believe the title pretty much covers it, but in detail, installing VirtualBox on a Windows host should modify the "PATH" environment variable to include the VirtualBox installation directory as well (typically "C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox").
Reason? One less step to issue "VBoxManage" commands, one less step to make a mistake. Plus, it's already there in the other hosts...
