Big audio lag

Description
Hi,
Host Linux, guest: any (I tested on Windows 7 here). VM is set to alsa, Linux has alsa.
Any audio output from guest is lagged, not audible. The problem exists on XP too for someone, but I cannot reproduce here.
I tried upstream, Deb package.
An idea?
