Crashes if GUI used with a screen reader

Description
Hi,
On a Debian testing with upstream repo's package:
- Install qt-at-spi
- Enable accessibility in the Desktop.
- Run VirtualBox.
- Arrow keys, opening dialogs, crash the graphical interface.
- Run without Orca running.
- Arrow keys work. Run again screen reader, it crashes as soon as you press an arrow key.
VBoxManage works, VMs as well, but GUI is unusable.
