Quicken web connect feature fails after installing latest virtual box release

Running Quicken 2017 Premiere for Windows under both Windows 7-32 bit and Windows 10-64 bit

After updating to the current release of VirtualBox today, the functions within Quicken that access financial institutions from within the application no longer function. Intuit documentation recommends resetting Internet Explorer options which I tried and that did not fix the problem.

Web browser access to the Internet seems to work fine and Intuit is known for using esoteric network features. This could be an interesting problem.

Do you use "NAT" attachment? Might be the same regression as #16084.

Please, can you try to get logs from a test build as described in ticket #16084.

I upgraded to 5.0.28 r111378 and I'm having the same trouble. Tried all their explorer suggestions. Upgraded to explorer 11. No help. Some banks will succeed. Others say no internet connection.
