Windows 10 guest crashes according with Audio issues on VBox 5.1.8

Description
Windows 10 guest crashes because of "plusaudio no respond". Please refer to attached VBox.log.
But at that time Debian 8 host syslog was logged below messages when guest was crashed. It is seemed that this crash root cause is related VBox audio function.
