Description
I just install VirtulaBox 5.1.2 updating my previous system. I install, as well, VirtualBox 5.1.2 Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack. Now my system can´t start. It is a Windows XP 32b image with 40 GB of vdi file fixed. Attached my .log and .png files

First, according to your log file not your system (host) crashes but your guest. Second, your guest runs without VT-x. VirtualBox can run guests without VT-x but as VT-x is available on most CPUs this works only with limitations. So if you manage it to enable VT-x for your host, I'm sure that you can run your guest.
