Description
1) on site, when i registered here, and clicked in last step, "SET USERNAME" filed, i have set my username and clicked the button, and then i get this error: 
2) In VirtualBox, i have this error, however, it is not correct!

Regarding issue 1: As you are able to create this ticket I assume that this is a temporary problem. I just tried the URL from your image and it worked here.
Regarding issue 2: Please read the message again. It said that your host memory is 3.86GB (NOT 4GB!). If you assign 2048MB = 2GB to your VM this is more than 50% of your host memory. Please decrease the amount of memory assigned to your VM.
