My bad. Missed updating Guest Additions for this VM. It was still running GA 5.1.0. Updated GA to 5.1.2 and can now disable/enable the interface.

Funny that there was no message from Guest Additions that it was out of date. Perhaps that is the real bug...

Now if only updating GA had fixed the control-click problem introduced in 5.1.2

This is still happening after updating Guest Additions. New log file attached.

Just rebooted the guest, opened control panel and disabled bridged network adapter. hung. The second log file from today has this.

So you have 2 network adapters attached to your VM, one NAT and one bridged. If you disable the 2nd network adapter in the Windows 10 guest (device manager / disable), then your guest hangs. This does not happen if you disable the first network device. Is that correct?

I just did a quick test with a Windows 10 guest with a NAT network adapter and a bridged network adapter and I was not able to reproduce the problem.

From 5.1.4 to 5.1.5 (all builds), the guest machines Windows 7 or 10 freeze when the network interface is disabled (right click on the network interface / disabled) ... This does not happen if first disconnecting the interface in the configuration of the virtual machine. All is up to date, (virutalbox application, extension pack and guest addition).

The host is windows 7 x64.
