Description
repetitive crash after 2 to 4 audio events in windows guest regardless whether chosen pulseaudio or alsa (others not tested)

I'm experiencing this with multiple Windows 7 VMs on a Ubuntu 12.04LTS host running VirtuabBox 5.1.4. When audio is enabled (ALSA, Intel HD Audio), the VMs will abort suddenly when playing a sound is attempted. It's not every time a sound is played -- I haven't counted but it seems more than after 2 to 4 in some cases.
This did not occur with VirtualBox 4.x (we upgraded from 4.x to 5.1.4)
