fedora 25 makes Vbox to give an error....only on AMD HW

Hi
After installing the latest fedora 25 KDE_spin x86_64-25-20160730.n.0.iso
The guest can start anymore and throws a vbox error just after loading the Kernel
Same VDI works on 2 different Intel HW I7 same version of Vbox I5 Vbox 5.0.26
On AMD HW .vdi does also work in vbox 5.0.26

Same VDI works on 2 different Intel HW, an I7 vbox 5.1 and I5 Vbox 5.0.26
Tested latest vbox from beta, fail also on AMD HW => same result
Fedora 25 are the guest in all cases
