Virtualbox 'Native' Menu of the Virtual Machine

Description
Having a menu under the Applications menu(GNOME [linux OS]) wich is called 'VirtualBox' wich contains submenus of every virtual machine you have would be very useful, each of these submenus would contain the "Start > all programs" content of each of em, making it faster and easier for an end-user to access applications wich require Windows to be running, but these applications will run in seamless mode by opening them within this submenu making it feel like its a native application.
