i installed kali as VM every time i boot it : i get black screen with Loading , Please wait
which never goes away

Your processor does not support the Intel Virtualization Technology (VT-x). Therefore VirtualBox runs in software emulation mode. It is likely that the implementation of this mode has a bug but all recent processors implement VT-x (Intel) or AMD-V (AMD processors), it is very unlikely that we will find time in mid term to fix this bug. You might have lack with an older Linux guest kernel or you also might want to edit the grub menu and edit the Linux boot parameters. Remove quiet and check if there is any interesting in the console output.
