Bridge NIC, ssh from VM will freeze for some cmds

Happy New Year!
Both host and guest: Ubuntu 14.04.3 + mate 1.8.2 , kernel 4.2
- for NIC1, bridged mode, connect to box in the same sub-network (/24) with host, cmd "ps, w" works, but longer cmd "top, ps aux" will freeze the connection.
- in NAT mode, works fine, to outside box and host
Although the ssh from VM have problems when ssh to outside box, no such issues when ssh to host VM.
For outside box, I also try Ubuntu 12.04/14.04, VM NIC bridge mode always freeze for long cmds.
