Can't enable/disable a Virtual Screen when in full-screen mode

Description
I have a VM with monitor count set to two in Settings > Display. I have two physical monitors.
When I'm not in full-screen mode in the View > Virtual Screen 2 menu I see the Enable command in that menu and can check or uncheck it to enable or disable the second VM screen as desired.
But in full-screen mode when I go to the View > Virtual Screen 2 menu the Enable command is not shown.
Not sure if this is a defect or enhancement.
Some background: I disabled the second screen about a week ago as this is a laptop and I was traveling with it and today I was back in the office and wanted to enable it again and couldn't figure it out. I was toggling between "Use Host Screen 1" and "Use Host Screen 2" trying to get the second screen to show. This is something I don't do often.
