Virtual Machine crash

Description
After several hours of working on mac os x virtual machine with installed ubuntu 12.04 server crashed. Crash is stable 2-3 time during working day.

The log file you attached shows that the VM was powered off. Are you sure you attached the correct log file?

but the las one line contain error: 00:00:07.930834 ERROR [COM]: aRC=E_ACCESSDENIED (0x80070005) aIID={872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed} aComponent={ConsoleWrap} aText={The virtual machine is being powered down}, preserve=false aResultDetail=0 is it correct? if it's correct, i will update log when i will faced with this next time.

This error is not fatal. If you are talking about a VM crash when you power down the guest: There is a known issue with VBox 5.0.10 which was fixed in the latest test builds you can find here.
