Network driver crashes host system

Description

I am using Ubuntu as a guest system on VirtualBox 5.0.8 (windows 10 64bit pro) and facing an issue. System crashes unpredictably. IRQL_LESS_OR_EQUAL or MCE fault. My system is pretty stable without VirtualBox guest machine running, memory is ok (checked by memtest and windows memory test), OCCP and FurMark runs ok for 10h. A networking type is bridged networking. Finally I activated Driver Verifier and got stable blue screen crash in VBoxNetLwf. Older crashes without Driver Verifier shows crash inside VBoxNetLwf sometimes. I will add my minidumps. 111015-*.dmp was done with Driver Verifier. Other dumps - without and not always shows network driver of VirtualBox. Small detail: guest system stops at booting (because of debugger of VirtualBox enabled) so Ubuntu can not do anything wrong because is not loaded at all.
