I have the same problem in VirtualBox 5.0.2-r102096, while the older 5.0.0-r101573 works fine.

System: Mac OS X 10.11 Beta (15A244d), MacBook Pro 13" Early 2015 (MacBookPro12,1), Core i7-5557U (Broadwell), 16GB RAM

Could you check /var/system.log* looking for "EFLAGS.AC is clear!" messages from when the problem occurred, please? It will help figuring out where it goes wrong.

I'm having the same issue on Mac OS X 10.10.4 3.1 GHz i7 16 GB RAM. I've attached my system.log, and I've replaced my hostname and domain in the logs but left the rest there. I'm just attempting to install a new VM with the Ubuntu 15.05 64 bit ISO attached as the installer and it won't boot, I also tried an existing vm and it starts at first but fails with the same error. Any other debugging info you'd need, just let me know. Virtualbox Version: 5.0.2 r102096
