Hello,
I'm experiencing the NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005) on VBox 5.0r101573 after suspending my Linux Mint 17.2 guest OS.
The problem seems to be related with the status of guest vm window which was in Full-Screen Mode. While having this error I can only start in headless or detachable mode, which is inconvenient detachable doesn't seem to be accelerated (Mint complaint about it).
After restarting in detachable mode and taking the guest out of Full-Screen mode I was again able to start normally.
