Description
When I try to shut down windows 7 as a guest on a windows 7 host system using Version 5 the shutdown command has no effect. If Windows 7 guest is shutdown using the guest start shutdown command, then the guest version will shut down

I don't believe that this is a VBox bug. It works very well here. Please configure your guest to perform the proper action when you want to shutdown using the ACPI power button. Control Panel / Power / Change what the power buttons do.
