GUI should disable snapshot delete on running VM

Description
This has happened a couple of times to me. I go to delete a snapshot, not realizing the VM is already running. I get an error. Thereafter, even with the VM stopped, I cannot delete any of its snapshots. Simplest fix I would recommend: disable GUI controls for deleting snapshots on running VMs.

I noticed today, that the VM in question now allows me to delete snapshots, after rebooting the host system.
