Virturalbox doesn't start

Description
I have win 7 ultimate running on my laptop. VirtualBox was running great until about a week ago. when I clicked on it nothing happened. so i uninstalled and reinstalled. and it worked but did not recognize any usb drive like it did before. after a day or two it went back to nothing happening when I click on it vboxSVC.exe and VirtualBox.exe are running in task manager after I try to start VirtualBox. i did a complete uninstall cleaning every thing out on the registry and every folder off c: with VirtualBox or xbox in the name. then i reinstalled it still no luck. last night i did get some hope when i disabled the VirtualBox host only network connection and started VirtualBox. it started so i closed it and enabled VirtualBox host only network connection it still worked. Now the next morning I'm back to square one and nothing I try seems to work it just will not open.
i'm running VirtualBox 4.3.28 for Windows
