Mac OS (OS X 10.9.5) host crashes when resuming from hibernation with shared folder

Host Hardware: RMBP-2013. OSX 10.9.5 16GB Ram 256GB SSD

Virtual Box: v4.3.26 Guest OS1: Win7 SP2, Ram: 2GB Guest OS2: Lubuntu 12.04, Ram: 1GB

There is no problem to wake from sleep. Problem is only when RMBP comes from deep-sleep (Hibernate) with any one of the VB running with attached shared folder(Some times blank screen and some times it will not allow to enter the password(keyboard and track-pad is inactive)).

If I remove the shared folder from VB, there is no issue in waking-up the MAC.

Issue is from day one of the installation (v4.3.20) and took this long for me to identify the root cause. I have complained to Apple support they rejected since issue is with the third party software.

To confirm issue is only with shared folder, I have tested with my friends MAC with same hardware specs but on OSX 10.10.3 and VB4.3.26; issue is exactly the same.

I confirm there is no issue with Windows host (Using VB4.3.26 on Win7 SP2).

Let me know if anymore details required to fix the issue.

Upgraded MAC OS to 10.10.3 and issue remains exactly same. May I have an update on this?

Bye bye Virtual Box. I have moved to another virtual software because of this issue.
