Failed To Handle Paging Request - Linux 3.19.3 Host Hangs

Description

Linux host running 3.19.3-200.fc21.x86_64 #1 SMP appears to hang when guest is started. I am able to ssh to the host and was able to capture the following from dmesg:

Resolution: duplicate
Status: newclosed

Duplicate of #13961. Use the patch from there (diff_smap_4) and recompile your host kernel drivers. Fix will be part of the next 4.3.x maintenance release.
