Network disconnects frequently

Description
The network connection disconnects and then immediately reconnects every few minutes. This issue arose in 4.3.22, and was fixed in 4.3.24. But has returned in 4.3.26.

I was having the same problem with 4.3.26. Went ahead and tried 4.3.27 r99022. The issue continues. Basically it disconnects so frequent that it makes this unusable.
My VB host is Windows 7 and my guest VM is Ubuntu Linux (mint).
