USB configuration GUI inconsistent between OS X hosts compared to GNU/Linux and Windows hosts

Description
On GNU/Linux and Windows hosts, to configure USB for a virtual machine, users go to the "USB" option on the left of the configuration window. On OS X, there is no "USB" option immediately visible on the virtual machine configuration window. Instea, users go to "Ports" then select the "USB" tab on OS X.
