Description
Can a VM be started at boot time on a Windows host? Documentation (see page https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch09.html#autostart ) say it is possibile on other hosts (Linux, Solaris, ...). Does it mean it is not possible on Windows hosts? If so, can this limitation be inserted in documentation? If not, can the documentation include instructions to start a guest VM at boot time?

Is there any way to make a guest VM start from a scheduled task? I found several pages claiming it is possible, but no solution worked for me...

Perhaps you should read the forum https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewforum.php?f=6 VBoxVmService
It's not documented how to automatically start a VM on a Windows host because this feature is currently not implemented for Windows. And the first sentence in section 9.23 clearly lists the host systems where this is supposed to work. I see no value in documenting a black list instead of a white list.
