It seems to be the same, but the ticket was opened for 4.3.20 and this version works in my environment. I got the problem when upgrading to 4.3.22.
Host Win7Prof Guests Win7Prof and Win2012R2
After reinstalling 4.3.20 and 4.3.20GA all works fine again.

I reported it against a 4.3.21 test build. 4.3.20 was just the latest version which you could choose in the bug report.
The 4.2.28 guest additions work fine with 4.3.22 and seem to be behave way better than 4.3.xx. Even Vista 3D works.
