Failed to create the VirtualBox COM object.
The application will now terminate.

Really hard to tell what the problem is. Looks like comctl32.dll is loaded last before the whole thing failed, but there is no clearly visible error. Very mysterious.
Did you look at the other tickets (and the forum posts) related to similar failures related to "hardening"?
