VitualBox 4.3.20 Does not load ANY VDI after latest MS Windows 7 updates

Description
today (Dec 10) my machine updated automatically Windows 7 Pro/64. After that none of my VDI images were able to start. The log file indicate an issue with /windows/system32/crypt32.dll
I did the update on a second windows 7/pro-32 machine and observed the same thing with VirtualBox 4.3.18. No VDI was able to startup.
