Disable AV no effect.

comment:2 by Petr Vones, 10 years ago

Disabling the AV software usually can't help because it disables the real-time scan but the AV core kernel drivers (that conficts with VirtualBox) are still loaded. You would have to uninstall the AV software at all and reboot.

You can revert back to VirtualBox 4.3.12, it is the last reliable version. There is discussion forum related to this issue https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=64777

Thanks for the quick response, the problem is solved by 4.3.12

Be aware that 4.3.12 and older version contains unspecified vulnerability that can escalate privileges. It is unknown whether on host only or even guest to host.

comment:5 by Frank Mehnert, 10 years ago

The vulnerability is host-only but quite serious so downgrade to 4.3.12 only if nothing else helps. And what helps us most is getting more of these VBoxStartup.log files which you already attached to this ticket, thanks.
