IPV6 on ubuntu 14.04 14.10 not working

Description
Host Windows 7 enterprise, network on bridge, using host Wi-Fi connection. ubuntu guest (14.04 or 14.10) (new install also fail during install) ifconfig shows IPV4 and IPV6 addresses (local and assigned by router). IPV4 works fine, ipv6 fail on every attempt. Identical configuration with a Windows 7 guest works fine.

This works for me with more recent 4.3 branch, but I don't think there were any related changes on the branch since 4.3.18. I've tried Ubuntu 14.04 guest both on Windows 7 and Linux hosts with network bridged to WiFi.
Have you tried 4.3.20 just in case?
If the problem persists we will need packet traces.
