+Don't miss to read the previous comment, but I think it is also usefull to provide right here a simple workaround, as this page raises on Google searchs.
 A simple workaround for the installation: when the screen becomes corrupted:
+During the installation, after the screen becomes corrupted:
 - hit RIGHT Ctrl+F1 (to switch to a console display).
 - then, switch back to the graphical display, with RIGHT Ctrl + F7.
