Open Dialogs Too Long running VB 4.3.18 in OSX 10.10 Yosemite.

Description
I can't remember if this just started with VB 4.3.18 or OSX 10.10 but, while in the VirtualBox GUI, if you select anything from a menu that opens the Open Dialog boxes, such as Import Appliance or the path to a shared folder, the dialog menu expands to fill the screen from top to bottom. See Pict.

Apparently there is a problem with the org.virtualbox.app.VirtualBox.plist. On a fresh install of VirtualBox 4.3.18 the default size for NSNavPanelExpandedSizeForOpenMode is too large. Once resized it's fine.
However, the org.virtualbox.app.VirtualBox.plist location keeps getting written over to ~/Documents thereby forgetting the last location.

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.
for whatever reason I couldn't get the dialog menu to remember its size no matter how many times I resized it. I just tried again and now it remembers. It still doesn't remember which folder to open to.
