Vboxmanage controlvm poweroff hangs

Host: Ubuntu 64 12.04 Guest: Windows XP

About 10% of the times the XP VM (no guest additions installed) is stopped with controlvm poweroff vboxmanage hangs. We then have to kill the parent which kills all VMs.

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release and attach the VBox.log of the VM you try to power off and the VBoxSVC.log.
