Description
Even when host keys are grabbed, not all keystrokes get passed to VirtualBox (such as Ctrl-Alt-F1 on Linux). The user should be able to send keystrokes entered in a textual representation, such as "Ctrl-Alt-F1" or "C-M-<f1>".

You can send scan-codes using the VBoxManage tool. However for the special case of C-A-Fn, you can use Host+Fn.
