Virtualbox crashes repeatly

Description
Host machine is server 2012 and guest machine is server 2003.
virtualbox crashes without any log files or errors.

Please reopen if still relevant with VBox 5.1.22.

Only the last log file shows a crash. The VM process crashed and without an application dump (see here, scroll down to the Windows part) we can't do much. Also it might make sense to try VirtualBox 4.3.26.
