Guest is not resized to fullscreen on secons monitor regression since 4.3.18

Description
I have a virtual Win7 on a Linux host Ubuntu Precise with Cinnamon and a dual monitor setup.
When run the guest window to the second Monitor 1680x1050, with a higher resolution the guest resizes to the smaller resolution 1600x900 of the main monitor.
The problem remains evern if I desable the main monitor and restart the host.
This problem was not the case with 4.3.16 A Lunux Ubuntu Trusty guest is not effected.

Your VM has 3D enabled but only 24MB VRAM. Please reopen if still relevant with VBox 5.0.20 with 5.0.20 GA and VRAM set to 128MB.
