VBox 4.3.18 winXP_32 machines on win7_64 host has error and stoped

Description
bug is on win7_64 host with winXP_32 virt_machines. error show and after press ok machine is closed. on linux_32 host with winXP_32 guest - all ok on 4.3.18
on 4.3.16 - all ok. regress?
i append log files - winXP2 and winXP3 virtmachines

additional info - on win7_64 prof host use Kaspersky Endpoint KES10, in virtual machines winXP_32 - Kaspersky for Workstation 6 all drivers - last version, Realtek HD, NVIDIA, ethernet.. win7_64 host 7GB RAM, in 3 guest winXP_32 - 1268MB on each.
on 4.3.16 all ok, on 4.3.18 - regress, error and virt machine is closed. Start and after 5-10 minutes is error.
