Vertical scrollbar scrolls very slow with mouse-wheel

Description
The 'Auto-resize guest display' is disabled. The guest screen size is set to 1280*1024 while the host screen size is 1366*768. At this time the vertical scrollbar displays but it scrolls very slow with mouse-wheel. It will be better if the scroll speed can be adjusted and mouse-wheel work outside the vertical scrollbar a bit.

Isn't the scroll speed a system setting? Also, keep in mind that scroll events which are generated while the mouse is located over the guest screen are passed to the guest, therefore I don't think that it's possible to make scrolling by wheel possible if the mouse is not located at the scroll bar.
