VMs seem to crash on network loss

Description

I have some VMs (esp. WinXP and Win7) which seem to crash when my host looses network connection. Host is a Linux Mint 16 Petra. I have installed last version of VB (4.3.10) manually (not from the repo).

I searched the web a bit and found some problems in using more the one cpu for a guest. maybe it depends as well (or in combination) to the cpu-settings. I have always set two cpus with 80percent to each VM.

BTW: Many thanks for VirtualBox, great work!
