Problems Installing Mac Mavericks Critical Error

Hi
I have been trying to install Mac Mavericks on VirtualBox but every time the boot screen comes up (apple logo) I receive a critical error pop up guru meditation. Note that I have not installed Mac but just trying to get the disc to run to install it. If it helps I am running AMD FX 8120, 8GB RAM, 64 bit Windows. I have read many other posts about this but none have yet to solve this problem. I have attached two log files as I have tired many different options and recreated the virtual machine more than once to try and fix the problem.
Any help would be much appreciated

Windows host + AMD processor. Not supported
