Problem with ubuntu and debian

Description

I need to install an iso for my work. First i try to install the ubuntu and i can't because appears the error Spurious ACK on isa0060/serio0. Some program may be trying to access hardware directly. After i try to install debian and i can't because they can install the package management. I working with asus and my S.O is windows 8. If someone can help me Thanks

Please attach VBox.log files from your VM sessions. The message about 'ACK...' is not the real problem (it's only a warning).

Please increase the RAM size of both VMs. The default value of 512MB is not enough for the most recent Ubuntu/Debian releases. Better use at least 768MB.

Also: VT-x is disabled in your BIOS. Without VT-x recent Linux guests do not behave very well. So please go into the BIOS of your host and enable VT-x. Then try again.
