Version: VirtualBox 4.3.6VirtualBox 4.3.2

Is your problem still reproducible with VBox 4.3.6?

Yes. I just upgrade VBox to 4.3.6 version and still have the same problem.

Please enable VT-x in the BIOS of your host. It is currently disabled and forces VirtualBox to use software virtualization which is known to have more compatibility issues with more recent guests.
