Do you have any idea how you could be using nick fugitivebuster56 all of a sudden? Because your nick is fugitivebuster, and the "new" one is what causes the database trouble, it rightfully complains about trying to create an ambiguous situation.

Did you get a page asking you to pick a new nick?

This affects about 40 people so far, and we can't immediately spot what could cause it.
