Installation Failure Dll error and Fatal error

Description
I double click the setup on my desktop. The Oracle VM VirtualBox 4.3.4 Setup starts. I receive a popup asking if I want to load Universal Serial Bus device software. I click install. I am presented with a popup with an error as shown in the attachment.
"Could not register type library for file c:\program files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxClient-x8.dll. Contact your support personnel."
If I click cancel, setup backs out and provides a "Fatal Error during installtion" message and terminates.
If I click ignore the program does go on to load the app, however, I never get the first run wizard.
Im am trying to load virtual box on a thinkpad w530, Win 7 sp1 Intel i7, 24g ram, 167g free hdd space.
tryin to load 4.3.2.
Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.
